The shop prints. PrintEZ handles the order.

Encrypted in transit
Files travel over HTTPS from your phone to our storage and on to the shop's printer.
Deleted automatically
Your file is deleted soon after it prints and never kept more than 24 hours after upload. Uploads that are not paid for are deleted within an hour.
Do I need to install an app or create an account?+
No. Scanning the QR code opens the order page in your phone's browser. You do not need an app, a login or a password.
How do I pay?+
By UPI, using any UPI app such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM. You see the full price before you pay.
Who sets the price?+
The print shop. Every shop sets its own prices on PrintEZ, and the price you see is the price you pay. PrintEZ does not add any fee for customers.
What happens to my document after printing?+
It goes only to the printer of the shop you are at. Our storage deletes it automatically soon after it prints, and never keeps it more than 24 hours after upload.
What if my print fails or the shop cannot print it?+
You get a full refund to your UPI account. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Does PrintEZ deliver prints?+
No. Prints are made at the shop you are visiting and handed to you at the counter. There is no shipping or delivery.
How does PrintEZ make money?+
Joining is free for shops. PrintEZ keeps a small commission, agreed with each shop in advance, from each paid order before paying the shop.
