- Customers do not need an account. We do not ask for your name, phone number or email to print.
- Your document goes only to the shop you are ordering from, and is deleted automatically soon after it prints: never more than 24 hours after upload.
- We never see or store your UPI PIN or bank details. We do not sell data, and there are no advertising trackers.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time.
1. Who is responsible for your data
PrintEZ is operated by Printez, a sole proprietorship of Subash Saajan, V12/450, Opposite to Apollo Pharmacy, Bus Stand Road Street, Vadakkankulam, Radhapuram, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu 627116, India. We decide how your personal data is used for PrintEZ. For any privacy question or request, contact our Grievance Officer at support@printez.app or +91 73390 81125.
2. What we collect
When you print a document
- The document you upload, and its file name.
- Your print options: pages, copies, colour, paper size, single- or double-sided, orientation.
- Order details: the shop, the price, the date and time, and whether the order printed.
- Payment details from our payment service provider: the payment reference, amount and status, and details such as the UPI ID you paid from, where the provider shares them.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser details, which our servers use to deliver the website, keep it secure and prevent abuse.
We do not ask for your name, phone number or email address to place an order.
When you contact us
Your name, contact details and whatever you tell us, so that we can reply and resolve your request.
For partner shops
The shop's name, the owner's name, mobile number and address, bank account details for payouts, printer details, login details and order and payout history.
What we never collect
Your UPI PIN, card numbers, OTPs or bank passwords. Payments are handled entirely by our payment service provider.
3. Why we use it
- To send your document to the shop's printer, work out the price and complete your order.
- To take payment, pay the shop and handle refunds and complaints.
- To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse, for example by limiting repeated uploads.
- To keep accounts and meet our obligations under tax and other laws.
We use your data only for these purposes. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or build profiles of customers.
We do not open or read your documents. Our systems process a file automatically to count its pages and, for Word and PowerPoint files, to make a preview. We look at an order ourselves only if you ask us to investigate a problem with it, or if the law requires it.
4. Who we share it with
- The partner shop you order from receives your document and print options so that it can print them. The PrintEZ program on the shop's computer deletes its copy of the file after printing. It keeps an order record (file name, pages, options and price) but not the document.
- Our payment service provider, Zoho Payments (Zoho Payment Technologies Private Limited), which processes your payment under its own privacy policy.
- Service providers who run our infrastructure: Cloudflare (file storage, network security and email routing), Google (email), and content delivery networks that serve parts of our website. They process data only to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, when the law requires us to share information.
5. How long we keep it

6. How we protect it
All traffic to and from PrintEZ is encrypted with HTTPS. Documents are held in private storage and can be fetched only by the shop's printer, through a link that expires after a few minutes. Access to our systems is restricted to the people who run them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable security practices and procedures to protect your data, and we will inform you and the authorities of a personal data breach as the law requires.
7. Where it is stored
Our servers are in India. Our storage and network provider, Cloudflare, may process data in data centres outside India. We transfer data only as permitted under Indian law.
8. Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we set no cookies on the customer order page. Our network provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to block automated attacks. Partner shops' login sessions are kept in their browser's local storage so that they stay signed in.
9. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law;
- withdraw your consent, after which we stop using your data except where the law requires us to keep it;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to;
- raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
To make a request, email support@printez.app. We reply within the times set out on our Grievance Redressal page. Because customers do not have accounts, please include the shop name, the date and time of the order and the UPI transaction ID, so that we can find your data.
10. Children
PrintEZ is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please use it with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly track children or show them advertising.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If we make a significant change to how we use personal data, we will say so prominently on this website.
