Help with an order
If a print did not come out, came out wrong, or you were charged but the shop did not receive your order, tell us:
- The name of the shop
- The date and approximate time of the order
- The amount you paid
- The UPI transaction ID (UTR) from your payment app

Add your print shop to PrintEZ
Joining is free: no setup fee, no monthly fee and no new hardware. Send us your shop name, address, phone number and printer model, and we will call you to set up your shop, your prices and your QR code.
